Service agreements

Snow removal service is provided under a separate agreement between you and True North Property Maintenance. That agreement sets out the details that apply to your property, such as the snowfall trigger, included services, payment terms and the service season. If anything on this website differs from your agreement, your agreement applies.

On-demand service

On-demand service requests are subject to availability, route capacity and weather conditions. Customers on contracted routes receive priority during snow events.

Service timing

Winter conditions, storm length, municipal plowing and other factors outside our control can affect when service is completed. Unless your written agreement says otherwise, we do not guarantee service by a specific time.

Using this website
